Madison Lotano

Lotano has recently returned to her home in Berkshire County after earning her Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University. She has brought valuable expertise within the communication, administration, and public relations fields. Lotano’s main responsibilities will focus on all aspects of membership along with daily operations of the club.
Superintendent
Robert Decker, Jr.
Decker is a native of the Berkshires and has turf management experience both here and in Connecticut totaling over 25 years. Decker’s work has made BHCC one of the premier courses in the Berkshires and has even attracted Mass Golf events. In 2018, BHCC hosted a Massachusetts Amateur qualifier on June 4th.
Head Golf Professional
Mike Hillman

Hillman has been part of the Berkshire Hills team since the spring of 2009. He served as the assistant golf professional for four years before moving into the head golf professional role in the spring of 2013. During Mike’s time as the assistant professional, he spent his winters following the golf seasons to South Florida where he worked at the Wanderers Club in Wellington.
