Presentation of Trophy and Prizes. Enjoy the swimming pool during the weekend. Contestants and their families are welcome. A practice round of golf will be permitted any weekday prior to the tournament - only after confirmation of entry fee. Please check with BHCC Pro Shop for tee time (413-442-1451). As in the past, players on our active mailing list will receive preference only if entry fee is paid and on a first-come first-serve basis. All entrees must be returned by July 14th. Entrance fee is $135.00. Check must accompany entry. Family and friends are welcome to the golf club and may enjoy the meals for a nominal fee. Please do not send cash. This years Championship flight once again will garner MGA Player of the Year points for the top ten finishers. Therefore only those signing up for this division will garner points for their finish. All other divisions will be set up by HANDICAPS. Gross and net divisions will have 18 or 21 players each (Tournament Chairman's discretion). Handicaps as of July 16, 2009 will be used to set divisions, no exceptions. Championship and gross divisions play scratch. Net divisions use full handicaps (18 strokes maximum). Which part of tournament i.e. championship division, gross, senior, or net division is determined by your choice on the entry form. Changes will only be allowed with the tournament committee approval. All players will play blue tees on Friday July 23rd. Tee times will be assigned. Friday's score for all divisions will represent the first 18 holes of a 54-hole tournament. Championship, 1st Divisions play Gold Tees. Gross, Senior and Net Divisions play Blue Tees, Saturday & Sunday. (Subject To final Decision). Those players with a Handicap of 4 or less will be placed in either Championship or 1st Division. In the event of ties for first place, in ALL DIVISIONS, after 54 holes, there will be a sudden death play-off. All other ties split with a match of cards for the final spot. (USGA RECOMMENDED).
